The Structure (How the Modules Interact)

The Projects Module

All properties in PIERS are attached to projects, whether it by one property per project or many propertied per project. The projects module provides the location and specifc inmformation about the project. It could be and infill estate or a block split or a block of apartments.

The information entered in projects and properties are used in the Propetry Investment Analysis reports.

The CRM Module

At the heart of PIERS is the CRM allowing users to;

  • Add and update client details;

    • Name

    • Address, City and State

    • Contact details

    • Jobs details including salary and related party, birthday, etc.,

  • Track your clients progress with PIERS' PIAA compliant enagement process;
