# What is PIERS? (START HERE!)

**Overview:** PIERS is a software platform that allows advisors/users to undertake analysis of different types of properties, create portfolios and evaluate their potenial as an investment. Additionally, users that have a current real estate license are able to transact on listed property. Licensed  Real Estate users are able to recieve up to 95% of the fees available. Conduct market research and produce market reports of any postcode in Australia for your clients.

## What you can do in PIERS.

* Search areas and for potential projects or properties that suit a particular strategy.
* Create and customise your own lists of properties or portfolios and compare and optimise them.
* Analyse  the investment characteristics and compare the financial outcomes of different types of properties, clients profiles and parameters to optimise outcomes.
* Create unlimited postcode research reports.
* Add clients' details into the system CRM.  
* Use a client engagment process with all the required documentation to support an industry standard client engagment process for property investment.
* Track your clients through a tried and proven engagement process.
