**Overview:** PIERS is a software platform that allows advisors/users to undertake analysis of different types of properties, create portfolios and evaluate their potenial as an investment. Additionally, users that have a current real estate license are able to transact on listed property. Licensed  Real Estate users are able to recieve up to 95% of the fees available. Conduct market research and produce market reports of any postcode in Australia for your clients.&#x20;
